Kenzo Fong
Partner, Product

Kenzo is a Partner at S32, leveraging over 20 years of experience as a product leader and two-time founder to identify and scale high-potential, early-stage companies. Within the firm, he drives the deployment of AI-native systems and robust data infrastructure to optimize investment strategy, sourcing, and operational excellence.

A seasoned operator, Kenzo brings a deeply technical, hands-on approach to the S32 portfolio. He partners directly with founders to navigate the architectural hurdles of hypergrowth, specializing in AI product strategy, LLM integration, and building the core infrastructure necessary to move from prototype to production at scale.

Currently, Kenzo also leads core AI product initiatives at Airtable. There, he is architecting the platform’s AI-native future by delivering the specialized build capabilities and LLM quality frameworks that empower enterprises to ship scalable AI applications.

Kenzo’s track record is defined by building and scaling products used by billions. His expertise spans the full lifecycle of hypergrowth: he drove the developer ecosystem and product strategy for Android during its rise to become the world’s most popular operating system. He also led product marketing for Google Maps across EMEA and was a founding member of the Uber Everything team. At Uber, he built the product growth and go-to-market engine for Uber Eats from the ground up, scaling the business to over $200M in annual recurring revenue.

As a two-time founder in the AI and productivity sectors—and a former Entrepreneur-in-Residence at AI Fund collaborating with Andrew Ng—Kenzo deeply understands the grit of the “zero-to-one” journey. He remains fiercely passionate about partnering with early-stage teams to solve complex product challenges and build sustainable, category-defining companies.
